Good
The room i’ve stayed are not clean as always. Also found the coffee cup dirty, it was not clean properly. Hoped this can improve in the future.

What was the highlight of Sentral View Hotel Bintulu
My stay was good and comfortable, not much to complaints rather than the availability of in house restaurants or bar.
Good facilities in the middle of the city, easy access with food court, mall and laundry. My car park at the hotel was easy.
With the price rate, the hotel should provide breakfast or lunch for the guests or a bar for the guests to hang out and provide room services for the guests.

good, clean and appropriately located hotel
clean hotel, seems relatively new. hotel not busy thus not too many people. very convinient indoor parking at basement. hotel located to nearby ameneties, mostly within walking distance
there is no cafe or restaurant as part of hotel, howevere drinks cending machine is provided. the lobby could be further decorated and enhanced so as it is much more presentable

Everything. Its located strategically. New hotel. Lovely staff️
Entrance door are far away from main road due to construction.
No restaurant for breakfast, have to look for eateries. But its ok, the staff inform that soon they will open the hotel restaurant after construction done.
